Information We Collect
Information you give us directly — such as your name and email address when you join our list or request the free checklist, and basic order details when you purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically — when you visit the site we and our tools collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring page, and identifiers stored in cookies (see “Cookies & Tracking” below). We use this to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site and our ads.
How We Use It
To deliver the product you purchased, send the resources you requested, respond to support, send occasional educational emails and offers, measure and improve our advertising, and operate and improve the site. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any message.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it’s used, and measure our advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and reports actions like page views, lead sign-ups, and purchases back to Meta. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — for example heatmaps, scroll depth, and replays of browsing sessions. Clarity is designed to mask sensitive text you type, and it is not installed on our purchase-download pages. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use these insights to improve the site and our ads.
Advertising & Meta Conversions API
We run ads on platforms such as Facebook/Meta and use their measurement tools to understand which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. In addition to the browser Pixel, we use Meta’s Conversions API, which sends certain event information to Meta directly from our server. This may include the event (e.g., a lead or purchase), the page URL, your IP address and browser type, the Meta cookie identifiers above, and — where available — a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address used only to match the event to a Meta account. We do not send Meta your raw email or any payment card details. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms. You can adjust how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — for example payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Netlify), email/notifications, and advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta) — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@aelitecleaning.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Children
This site and product are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
